i found the animation team very engaging and i enjoyed chatting with them they were good at getting everyone involved the evening entertainment was well done and it set a good atmosphere for the night i liked that i could easily book more trips for reasonable prices the food was great i loved the atmosphere

the hotel is not in the city center however this provides a quiet environment away from the city noise car rentals make it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions as needed it only takes a short time to arrive there.

the main restaurant buffet offers a variety of themes including mexican oriental and egyptian i noticed the poolside bar provided sandwiches and lovely cocktails also there were two hot tubs and a pool table in the pool area a great combination.

i found the room very clean and smelling nice upon arrival i also noticed that the cleaning staff was helpful and attentive i liked that the rooms were consistently cleaned every day as well and that the towels were always fresh.

I found the animation team quite engaging and active throughout my visit. they organized various activities and ensured there was never a dull moment! the food also stood out. It was quite diverse and of good quality. i especially liked the themed nights that offered different cuisines each day.
the bar service could sometimes be slow, particularly during peak hours.

The hotel offered a convenient taxi service to the marina. I found it safe and efficiently arranged through the reception. the staff seemed multilingual and could easily converse in several languages! this eased communication significantly.

my room included standard amenities, such as a balcony, which i appreciated for relaxation. the hotel provided bottled water daily, a necessity in the climate! housekeeping maintained cleanliness, though i noted floors weren't cleaned daily.

Betty's bar provided a relaxed lunch option! it offered a selection of burgers. I preferred this over the buffet for a quick meal. the asian restaurant offered a different culinary experience and was available with a reservation.

The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool area! i noticed the housekeeping service was consistent. They provided fresh towels and restocked the mini-fridge daily. i found the bedrock swim-up bar very convenient, the bartender there remembered my usual order after the first day. there were thick mattresses on the sunbeds at the beach. I was able to relax comfortably there.
the evening entertainment ended quite early, around 10 pm, which sometimes felt a bit abrupt.

The staff demonstrated amazing multilingualism, communicating effectively in several languages. the animation team consistently encouraged participation and made events engaging. They were active and helpful. i felt that the staff worked very hard to ensure a pleasant experience!

fantastic stay!!!
lava stylepool animationfun experience
Everything looked amazing. the flintstone theme was executed well, especially in the room with the lava style decorations. i appreciated the animation team around the pool. They organized many games. rudy and lina were both loads of fun and really cute, i felt valued and important.
it was slightly annoying that prosecco wasn't included in the all-inclusive package.

Three distinct pools are available, each one a different size and shape. This provided welcome variety. fun activities occurred nightly. These added to the experience. there were also various parties scheduled throughout the week.
